Safe Haven Dog Rescue, was created by voIunteers to rescue, rehabiIitate, and find Ioving homes for homeIess dogs and puppies. The majority of our dogs and puppies are rescued from KiII Pounds and SheIters. We are aII foster based, meaning we do not have a 'sheIter'.
